Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled)
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fireproof File Cabinets (due to specialized protective materials)
  • Commercial Furniture Bundles (HON 10500 series – custom configured orders)
  • Any product with removed protective seals or assembled components

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship your return using the provided return label (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
